What to include

If your question is about a specific report, include the report link (the /r/... URL) so we can look it up quickly. Never include your supplier file or its contents in the email — we don't need it, and the report link already has everything we'd need to help.

Billing and refunds

For a payment that didn't unlock a report, or a charge you don't recognize, email us with the report link (or the email used at checkout) and we'll investigate and make it right.
